The New HMD508 Portable Magnetic Drill is a rugged, high powered drill for general fabrication and high production environments. The HMD508 features a two speed gear box with a new higher speed of 450 & 750 RPM for use with Copperhead™ carbide cutters. Additional features include: a patented quill feed arbor system for smooth cuts and minimal maintenance, positive slug ejection, and a two stage magnet which engages full power when the motor is turned on. The HMD508 also includes a gravity feed coolant bottle and carrying case.
